📦 Tesseract Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Times

Tesseract products are currently offered through a limited preorder release.
This means your order will enter production once the preorder window closes.

Preorder Processing Timeline

  • Preorders open: immediately

  • Production begins: once first batch is finalized

  • Estimated ship date: 2–4 weeks after production starts

If production completes earlier, we will ship early.

You will receive email updates at:

  1. Preorder confirmation

  2. Production start

  3. Shipping confirmation with tracking number

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Times may vary depending on customs, country, and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • package weight

  • shipping method selected

For preorder items, shipping is charged upfront.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
Tracking details will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

Delays & Exceptions

We work to meet all estimated timelines, but delays can occur due to:

  • carrier issues

  • customs clearance

  • production adjustments

  • high-volume preorder demand

If any delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the carrier first to investigate.

  2. Notify us at tesseractgrillz@gmail.com with your order number.

We will assist you, but Tesseract is not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • packages stolen after delivery

Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours at
tesseractgrillz@gmail.com.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes.

Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder any time before the product ships for a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
